Responsible

Gather and analyze business requirements, assess impacts, define project scope, solution approach, and delivery timelines.
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to integrate and process data from multiple sources, including transactional systems, legacy databases, and external data feeds.
Build and optimize data models, database schemas, and data integration frameworks to support large-scale financial applications and reporting.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through validation, monitoring, and exception handling processes.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Partner with infrastructure, security, and change management teams to ensure reliable deployments, adherence to compliance, and prompt resolution of production issues.
Lead the design and implementation of data architecture, including data warehousing, data lakes, and high-performance data platforms.
Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve scalability, performance, and efficiency of data operations.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior data engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and data governance.
Document data flows, technical specifications, and system designs, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.

More qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as Data Engineer or related data engineering fields.
A strong background in Banking/Financial Institutions supporting large-scale financial services.
Expertise in PL/SQL, especially with Oracle DB.
Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and database design.
Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solid planning and coordination skills with a positive mindset.
Flexibility to handle unplanned circumstances with a good attitude toward challenges.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
Fluent in Thai with the ability to communicate in English.
